I would recommend creating a message for yourself each morning this week. See how this feels. If it has a positive effect, then this may be a practice you choose to continue ongoing.
It will help to cultivate an inner voice that supports you – one that brings calm, encouragement, motivation, inspiration or focus. And with the repetition of this practice, so you will strengthen the associated neural pathways, creating positive new defaults.
This is such a simple exercise that can create a really big impact.
