Sometimes we can struggle a little or experience stress. This group coaching is a chance for you to check in on yourself, explore what is supporting your well-being, and identify what is getting in the way. You’ll get to share your reflections, and to hear the thoughts and experiences of others. It is a connecting group experience. The session will boost your well-being and you will leave with something you can implement in your life to bring positive impact.

What is a Group Coaching for Well-being?
- Organic, group coaching.
- For up to 8 people.
- Dedicated time to explore what supports your well-being.
- Sessions can be delivered as a one-off or offered repeatedly.
- Each session lasts 1.5 hours.
When to deliver these sessions
I would recommend first doing the Well-being & Resilience Training, which contains key well-being themes and principles. After that, Group Well-being Coaching provides a wonderful way of continuing to support people and keeping this important topic alive in your business.
‘Group Coaching for Well-being ‘ is valuable as a one-off. It can also be really fruitful to attend this organic group coaching periodically, for example, once a month.
A little more about Group Coaching for Well-being
We are often consumed with tasks and can be operating on automatic. We can be experiencing stress, overwhelm, demanding circumstances, or challenges to our well-being. Perhaps we don’t create time to look at that, or don’t have a forum in which to explore that. This Group Coaching for Well-being is supportive of the human-beings in the workplace. It is a relaxed and kind space, ripe for meaningful conversations. The focus is on generating practical ideas and strategies that are really helpful to you.
There is no set content for this group coaching. There is, however, a structure, which includes:
- Creating a resourceful state
- Setting up parameters for effective group discussions
- Guided well-being reflections
- An opportunity to share, plus arising discussions
- Identifying your key take-aways
Within this structure, the approach is organic. I will work with what is brought up in the session, in terms of challenges to well-being; and ideas, tools, and approaches that support well-being. All participants will be able to contribute to the content and the pool of possibilities. We have much inner wisdom when given the chance to tap into it. I will ask pertinent questions and develop points that are raised. I will naturally add thoughts and ideas from my many years’ experience of supporting people’s well-being and resilience. This group coaching will benefit how you feel in yourself, and your mindset.
