The world has been experiencing significant uncertainty and challenge, which affects business, our lives, and us as people. Well-being is now a priority, not a ‘nice to have’. Session themes

The programme will take you on a coaching journey to maximise your well-being and inner capacities. In each session there will be plenty of time for sharing and group coaching. Also, each session will explore a particular theme.

  5. Feeling Resilient and Empowered.
  6. Wrapping Up and Looking Forward.

Well-being buddy

You will be paired up with a ‘well-being buddy’ to help you maintain momentum and connection in between sessions. A format will be provided to help you get the most out of this experience.

Laser 1 to 1 coaching

As part of the Group Coaching Programme, you can purchase 1 to 1 coaching at a special rate. This provides a chance for an individual to look more deeply into something arising from the programme.
