COMBATING STRESS and ENHANCING WELL-BEING

Why you should invest in the well-being of your staff As you can imagine the effects of stressed employees within business are far from desirable. Investing in the well-being of employees is paramount for any business that genuinely cares about its employees. Staff feel valued and recognised to get this investment in them as people. What’s more, the business clearly experiences bottom line benefits from increasing the well-being of its staff. It stands to reason Research from the University of East London states, “Evidence shows that employees with higher levels of well-being are more focused and motivated, better team players, have less absenteeism, and perform better overall.” Imagine yourself at your most relaxed and contented…… Can you imagine carrying that feeling around with you? Can you imagine knowing easy, practical techniques to access this state readily? Can you see the difference this would make in your effectiveness at work?
